Family Health Units in Porto do not accept ACSS documents to hire new doctors and are left without vacancies

The National Association of Family Health Units (USF-AN) complained from being to being target of pressure to give up autonomy in choosing family doctors to be hired in exchange for the opening of vacancies that are necessary to meet the needs of each USF.

In a statement, the association even speaks of a “unacceptable harassment” by the Central Administration of the Health System (ACSS) which already comes from previous competitions and remains in the competition that is still ongoing.
