‘El Yoyas’, ‘happy’ from prison: “If I know, I’ll come sooner because the food is better here than in the military”
CArlos Navarro was one of the most recognized characters on television of yesteryear, a way of making TV in which anything went and in which there was a terrible sensitivity for issues that today a lot of emphasis is placed on respecting.
He quickly gained the nickname ‘El Yoyas’ from all viewers, since in his participation in ‘Big Brother 2’, he said expressions like the following: “I’m going to hit him with two yoyas that will make his ears tremble.” In short, a badass style and attitude on the part of the former reality contestant.
Well, this character from the old television had been wanted and captured for two years, when finally, the Mossos d’Esquadra found him. Later, he came under pressure. All this is due to his sentence of five years and eight months in prison for the abuse suffered by his ex-wife, Fayna Bethencourt, whom he met in ‘Big Brother 2’, and they had a long romantic relationship.
After his arrest, ‘El Yoyas’ entered the Catalan prison of Brians I, where he soon received a visit from his own lawyer, who was able to leave the first statements to the press about how Carlos Navarro feels after his arrest.

The lawyer admitted that “I’ve only seen him for five minutes because it took him a while to go to the parlors and at eight he was already leaving us. The fact is that I’ve seen him in very good spirits, much better, he even made a joke saying: ‘Wow, yes he did.’ “I know I come earlier because the food is better here than in the military.”
In addition, Esteban Gómez, his lawyer, revealed some more details of his visit to his client, such as the income of money from his family, clothing, tobacco vouchers that he already has in prison and advice for the detainee: “When someone is distracted, time passes quickly, right?”
