In a videoconference on the sidelines of the IV Eurosian Women’s Forum, which ends today in the city of St. Petersburg, Zakharova indicated that the “retaliatory measures will be studied in secret” and that “everyone” will know when Russia begins to apply them.
“We remember these actions when defining bilateral relations.
