There is a new “Snack-Mar” that promises to conquer Lisbon and where you can eat with your hands

Housed in an old historic bakery, the restaurant combines tradition and contemporary sophistication, creating an environment that transports customers to the glamorous 1920s, while paying homage to the richness of the Portuguese ocean. Divided into three different environments, Real Pérola by Olivier aims to impress from the moment you enter. The Main Room transports visitors to a time where the charm of the past meets contemporary sophistication. As you move into the Transition Room, the atmosphere changes subtly, with a vibrant, bold color palette of mint and forest green. Finally, arriving at Sala Tasca, we find a contemporary interpretation of a traditional Portuguese tavern, with hand-painted geometric tiles and mirrors strategically positioned to reflect the energy of the long counter.

The menu at Real Pérola by Olivier, prepared with creativity and respect for authentic and traditional flavors, seeks to pay homage, in each dish, to the treasures of the ocean, elevating, with precision and excellence, gastronomy to a form of sea art. The oysters, from the Algarve, Sado, Aveiro and France, are the star of the house, served very fresh and full of flavor, priced between €18 and €24. Among the starters, Amêijoa à Bulhão Pato (€26), Camarão à Guilho (€25), Lingueirão Shishô (€23) and Tártaro Real (€29) promise to captivate the most demanding palates.

Among the main dishes, Royal Crab Leg (€95), Truffled Scallops (€25), Seafood Rice (€85), Tuna Prego (€21) and Real Bun (€35) shine, but there are also irresistible options for meat lovers, such as Bife Olivier (€35), Beef Tartar (€25) or Pica Pau (€33). Those looking primarily for seafood will be able to enjoy the Carabineiros (€39), the Tiger Prawn with royal sauce (€39), the Lobster (€47), the Lobster (€140), the Prawn from the Coast (€18) , among other different types of shrimp. To finish, desserts such as Biscuit Cake (€8), Chocolate Cake (€8), Quindim (€7) and Mango Mousse (€8) complete the meal with a flourish.
