The case dates back to 2019, but was only made public in 2023 and is now being investigated in court and in Parliament. Along the way there are scheduled (and unscheduled) appointments, letters, emails and various investigations. On the day that Nuno Rebelo de Sousa, son of the President of the Republic (PR) and considered a “key element†, is heard at the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI), this is a chronology of the case of the twins that show how we got here.
