Rock in Rio Lisboa: complaints rose almost 100% compared to 2022

The number of complaints registered during the first weekend of Rock in Rio Lisboa, which took place on the 15th and 16th, at Parque Tejo, is 97% higher than the complaints registered during the most recent edition that of the festival, in 2022, in its entirety.

According to Portal da Queixa, the tenth edition of Rock in Rio Lisboa is being marked by numerous complaints, with spectators reporting problems with tickets (32% of incidents), lack of organization (15.5%), poor sound quality (8.6%) and lack of response in the restaurant area (6.9%).

Among the complaints related to food, there are cases of food and drinks being held back by security at the entrance to the venue, lack of supply and values ​​considered abusive.

Most of the complaints, which also include difficulty in accessing the venue, the alleged overcrowding of the space and the queues, were addressed to the organization of Rock in Rio Lisboa, a festival that this year changed Bela Vista Park through Tagus Park. The remainder (31%) were made at the online ticket offices See Tickets and Ticketline.

Portal da Queixa also indicates that the producer of Rock in Rio Lisboa has not responded to the problems exposed to it. The festival’s Satisfaction index is scored by consumers at 35.4% out of 100.

Rock in Rio Lisboa continues next weekend, with concerts by Jonas Brothers, Carolina Deslandes and Ornatos Violeta on Saturday and Camila Cabello, Doja Cat and ProfJam on Sunday.
