On Saturday night, the Israeli Prime Minister’s office reiterated its willingness to accept an agreement, as long as the respective terms were those defined at the end of May, with the President of the United States, Joe Biden.
Benjamin Netanyahu insisted that Israel will be able to achieve all its objectives in the war against Hamas.
“For those who continue to have doubts, I repeat that there is no substitute winner”, he stressed.
After the Hamas attack on October 7, Israel launched a large-scale offensive in the Gaza Strip, which has already caused more than 37,000 deaths, mostly civilians, and a humanitarian disaster, destabilizing the entire region.
