The Luís Montenegro Government’s anti-corruption package, approved this Thursday, includes measures such as regulating lobbying, monitoring the relationship between local authorities and local companies, reintroducing plea bargaining, creating a “blacklist” of State suppliers, and use more State lawyers instead of law firms.
