Cavaco Silva wrote another article, but I’m not going to deal with another text by Cavaco Silva. It’s a “pedagogical†text, of course. To explain to the ignorant masses what the country must do to take a leap forward in the next 10 years, no less than that. Essentially, they are well-intentioned generalities that could be repeated in a Miss World speech, with a visit to ISEG. Cavaco never governed with the euro and its rules, never governed with a Europe of 28, never governed with any type of serious annoyance or embarrassment.
