Guitarist Marta Pereira da Costa is Posto Emissor’s most recent guest, having spoken about her love for the stage, but recognizing that the experience was not always peaceful. “I learned to enjoy being on stage. Dantes suffered a lot,” he said. “She was a wild animal, she was so shy. I felt sick to my stomach, I didn’t sleep the night before…”

Nowadays, Marta Pereira da Costa says that the place where she is “happiest” is anywhere “that has to do with music, with giving and receiving”. “It’s true sharing, there’s notake two’”, he notes.

The guitarist is promoting her new album, “Sem Palavras”, released this year, which she will present at the Tivoli Theater, in Lisbon, on January 19, 2025.
