Euthanasia: Constitutional Court still has “no plans” to rule on requests for successive inspection

It was on May 16, 2023 that the President of the Republic (PR) promulgated the euthanasia diploma. A year and a half later, the government has not moved forward with regulating the law pending the Constitutional Court’s (TC) deliberation on the two requests for successive inspection of the law.
