Environmental Fund misses target: only 5,261 families received support for windows and solar panels by September

Funded by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), PAES 2023 was launched in August last year to distribute global support of €30 million to families who have invested in improving the energy performance of their homes, such as through the installation of windows efficient, solar panels or thermal insulation.
