After a “crazy life” from Los Angeles to Paris, Gregory Bernard wants to bring investments worth €20 million to Costa da Caparica

FHe settled in Costa da Caparica, in the municipality of Almada, six years ago, where he quickly became a leading investor, starting with a restaurant he opened on the beach wall, Dr. Bernard. Since then he hasn’t stopped: he opened surf academies and cowork and yoga spaces, started managing the Villa Caparica hostel (which he plans to acquire), bought a space to create a multi-sports center, opened two more restaurants (Palms and Barracuda Azul) and recently became owner of the Transpraia tourist train.
