Kate Bush admits to returning to recording an album: “I have a lot of ideas in my head”
Kate Bush revealed that she is thinking about recording a new album, in an interview with BBC Radio 4. The British artist explained that she is not composing at the moment, but that she plans to return to the studio “very soon”.
“I really want to start working on a new album. I have a lot of ideas in my head”, he said. “I can’t wait to get back into this creative space. Over the past year, I felt the need to start doing something new.”
Kate Bush rejected, however, the possibility of returning to the stage soon, after being confronted with David Gilmour’s recent statements: “I’m not there yet,” he replied.
Kate Bush’s latest album, “50 Words For Snow”, was released in 2011. In 2014, the artist gave 22 concerts at the Hammersmith Apollo, in London, as part of an artistic residency. In recent years, he has returned to the spotlight after ‘Running Up That Hill’ reached first place in the sales charts, due to its inclusion in the series “Stranger Things”.
