GParents and parents of children have almost a month to prepare for the new rules for emergency care in hospitals in the São Paulo region. Even before winter, the Government wants to move forward with prior reference to hospital admission, mainly through telephone support. A pediatric channel will be added to the SNS Grávida line, with easier access to consultations and sick leave for caregivers. There are promises of incentives for doctors, but no calculations have yet been made to find out how to pay them.
