Three men shot dead on a Lisbon street, suspects are on the run
Three people died this Wednesday following a shooting that took place in Lisbon, with the shooting suspects fleeing towards Santa Apolónia station, a PSP source told Lusa agency, after the “Correio da Manhã” advanced the news.
According to the same source, at 1:25 pm the Public Security Police (PSP) received information that there would be shots fired on Henrique Barrilaro Ruas and called in resources to go to the scene.
“When we arrived, we saw three individuals shot without vital signs,” he said. Two of the victims were shot in the head, according to “Correio da Manhã”.
The source also said that “three suspects, possibly those responsible for the shooting, fled” towards Santa Apolónia station.
The PSP was unable to specify whether the victims had any relationship with each other or whether they were random shots.
Emergency services and police were called to the scene, he added.
