Pearl Jam returned to the stage after three canceled concerts: this is what they played in Barcelona

Pearl Jam performed this Saturday at the Palau Sant Jordi, in Barcelona, in what was their return to the stage after having canceled three shows (one in London, two in Berlin) of the European leg of the current tour for reasons of illness.

In the first of two concerts in that Catalan arena (the next one is this Monday), the Seattle band included songs from the brand new “Dark Matter†in the lineup, as well as old fan favorites like ‘Corduroy†’, ‘Jeremy’ or ‘Better Man’.

In total, 24 songs were performed, including an ‘encore’ that lasted seven. The concert, which lasted 2 hours and 15 minutes, ended with the indispensable ‘Alive’, followed by one of the most played versions by Eddie Vedder and companions: ‘Baba O’Riley’, from the English band The Who. Pearl Jam reportedly made some changes to the planned ‘setlist’, which they shared on Instagram.
