A year after the big scare, Madonna talks about a “miraculous” recovery: “Life is beautiful”

Madonna recalled the health scare she had in 2023, when a bacterial infection led her to spend 48 hours in a coma in an intensive care unit.

On social media, the American artist shared several photographs of herself celebrating the 4th of July, United States Independence Day, with friends.

“A year ago, I had just left the hospital after surviving a life-threatening illness,†he wrote. “I could barely stand in my yard. But I made a miraculous recovery. Life is beautiful†.
