Aline Domingues, the girl from Uva
In this episode of podcast Village Faces We go to the village of Uva, in the municipality of Vimioso, to meet Aline Domingues, a biology graduate specializing in fermentation, who wanted to try agriculture and oenology.
Aline was born and raised in Paris, but fell in love with Uva, her grandparents’ home where she always went on vacation. It was with her grandfather’s old vines that she wanted to create her own wine. And it was in Uva that she met Emanuele, an Italian who worked as a volunteer in the village, and with whom she is today building a nest and educating her son. Olmo was the first baby born in the village in more than 20 years.
