Cinema: “A Quiet Place: Day One” is worth it for the actress, because we don’t feel scared
Nthe beginning — “A Quiet Place†by John Krasinski (2018) — was a good idea (what do I say? an excellent idea) that, like all very good ideas, seemed unable to meet the needs narratives that “and then?†implied. The world had been invaded and practically occupied by monsters that detected the reality around them through sound. The slightest noise attracted them and, with them, annihilation. But, surprise, there was maturation, development, suspense, an argument work done with ingenuity and detail, a smooth and competent achievement.
