Ex-student discovered competent to rise trial for stabbing deaths similar UC Davis

DAVIS — A former school scholar accused of stabbing two society to demise and wounding a 3rd in Northern California was once discovered competent to rise trial, a prosecutor stated Thursday.

Carlos Reales Dominguez will go back to courtroom on Jan. 5 and felony complaints will likely be reinstated if there isn’t any problem to his psychological situation, consistent with Yolo County workman prominent deputy district lawyer Melinda Aiello, the Sacramento Bee reported.

Dominguez have been a third-year scholar on the College of California, Davis majoring in organic sciences till April 25, when he was once expelled for tutorial causes.

Stabbings similar campus started in a while upcoming. He’s charged within the deaths of a 50-year-old homeless guy and a 20-year-old UC Davis scholar. A homeless lady who was once attacked in her tent survived.
